If Social Media Studio isn't right for you, we'll refund your purchase in full. You can request a refund within 30 days of your purchase date — no elaborate justification required.

How to request a refund

1. Email us at josephyip77@gmail.com (see our contact page) from the email address you used at checkout.
2. Include your order ID or the email receipt so we can locate your purchase.
3. Tell us briefly what didn't work for you — feedback is optional but always welcome.

Refunds are issued through Dodo Payments, our payment processor, back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, the credit typically appears within 5–10 business days.

After a refund

Once a refund is issued, your license key is deactivated and you should uninstall the app. Purchases refunded in full are not eligible for future support or updates.
